Lakeland Drilling Ltd. is a second-generation, family-owned and operated company providing water well services to Albertans for over 40 years. Our experienced and professional staff provide quality service and solutions to any problems you may have. From farm to remote oil and gas locations, we possess the knowledge and skills to complete any project on time and on budget.
Lakeland Drilling Ltd. has been a member of the Alberta Water Well Association for over 40 years. With a strong sense of family, friends and community strength, we continue to give back to the community in any way we can, including supporting youth sports, local Ag Societies and community events.
History

Lakeland Drilling Ltd. was established in St. Paul, AB in 1967. Our company is owned and operated by Jordan Lepper. He purchased the company in 2024 from his father, Darell Lepper, after working for him for 14 years. Jordan, along with his brother, learned all there is to know about water wells from Darell (inaugural Distinguished Driller Award recipient 2023), which set Jordan (Top 10 Under 40 recipient 2018, Top Apprentice Award recipient 2014) up with the tools and knowledge to take care of each client's range of needs for years to come. At Lakeland Drilling Ltd., we are committed to continuing growth and development as technology advances to carry on the legacy left for years to come.
